Each dinner is a symphony of aesthetics and technical mastery, unfolding in experiential moments that go beyond the traditional concept of fine dining. Direct interaction with the chefs offers a unique opportunity to explore the genesis of each creation—from sources of inspiration to applied techniques and the conceptual challenges behind every dish.

The Calendar of Starred Dinners:
🔹 April 10 – Le Grill, Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo*
Located on the top floor of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Le Grill will raise the curtain on this year’s edition with a dinner celebrating the bond between master and disciple—a culinary journey through creativity and tradition.
The opening night will feature the legendary Pierre Gagnaire as guest of honor, alongside Dominique Lory, resident chef and director of the iconic Le Grill. The menu will be a tribute to their professional journey together, evoking the evolution of their gastronomic visions. This multisensory experience will blend the elegance of French cuisine with Mediterranean notes and cutting-edge techniques, offering guests an unforgettable voyage of flavors.

Between iconic dishes and new creations, guests will witness a true celebration of haute cuisine, framed by the breathtaking panorama of the Riviera. The evening will also include live culinary demonstrations, allowing attendees to witness the artistry behind select dishes—an experience to delight all senses.
🔹 June 20 – Louis XV – Alain Ducasse, Hôtel de Paris
On this exclusive evening, the iconic Louis XV restaurant will host Alain Ducasse, the most Michelin-starred chef in the world, who will welcome Albert Adrià, the creative force behind the legendary elBulli. Their encounter will give rise to a culinary experience fusing technical precision and bold experimentation.

The dishes will be a celebration of raw ingredients in their purest form, enhanced by innovative techniques that stretch the boundaries of contemporary cuisine.
🔹 July 13 – Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, Hôtel Hermitage
Pavyllon Monte-Carlo will set the stage for a culinary duet between Yannick Alléno, master of French gastronomy, and Davide Oldani, creator of the “Cucina Pop” philosophy. The dinner will be an exercise in balance between refinement and simplicity, where humble ingredients are transformed into astonishing gastronomic creations through the chefs’ skill and ingenuity.

🔹 July 18 – Blue Bay, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort
A fusion of cultures, sensitivities, and creativity will animate the dinner at Blue Bay, where contemporary Creole cuisine will meet the sophistication and daring of French haute gastronomy. The final four-hands dinner of the festival will feature Marcel Ravin, visionary chef of Blue Bay, and Anne-Sophie Pic, the most Michelin-starred female chef in the world.

Their collaboration will be a symphony of culinary cultures and perspectives—Ravin’s Creole roots in dialogue with Pic’s refined French finesse. The evening will be complemented by a curated wine journey led by expert sommeliers, guiding guests through perfect pairings to enhance every course.
Guests will embark on a culinary adventure of exotic flavors and innovative techniques, where each dish becomes a conversation between tradition and modernity. Grand finale: the Gala dinner
The 2025 edition of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo will conclude with a magnificent autumn gala held in one of the Principality’s most prestigious venues.
