His dream began when he was very young in Prato Nevoso, when Gianluca and his agency took care of real estate sale, already having a clear idea of their dream/project: to make Prato Nevoso a prestigious and renowned Luxury Destination.
Today, there is great attention to the quality of services, to the world of high-level food and wine and the prestigious “Gusto Montagna” Michelin-Starred Restaurants are well present with exclusive events in the chalet restaurants of Prato Nevoso. The result is an “Unforgettable Luxury Experience” for mountain lovers, skiers and people who simply want to find themselves.
This is exactly how Gianluca Oliva, with his Prato Nevoso Spa, has made major investments in recent years, building a unique reality by giving life to an entire village. Borgo Stalle Lunghe, with its 17 buildings and 500 apartments, has become a beautiful residential complex, perfectly integrated with the landscape. Luxury Apartments, Residence, Bar, Restaurants, Beauty Centre, SPA, Gymnasium, Luxury Boutiques make it simply unique.
The great added value of the complex… everything can be reached directly from the ski slopes. Gianluca Oliva and his partner Andrea Biasotti are the entrepreneurs who have been managing the ski resort of Prato Nevoso since 2000. Right from the start, they believed in the resort’s potential, investing and transforming it into what it is today: one of the most important ski resorts in Italy, lively, fun, full of events, taken as an example and model by many regional and national administrators.
The vision and mission have been extended to a wide range of areas, investing in the facilities, infrastructures and organisation of important events that are now internationally renowned and have become unmissable appointments for tourists. But above all, attention has been focused on families, making Prato Nevoso the children’s resort, creating a huge playground on the snow with inflatables and snow tubing tracks, from the simplest to the most adrenaline.
A unique feature and emotion in Prato Nevoso is night skiing. With its two main slopes and the Snow Park, perfectly illuminated by the latest generation of equipment. Obviously, Snow Park could not be missing, considered by the fans of this discipline one of the most important in Italy.
In January 2020, the first 10-seater Porsche ski lift has been inaugurated. This “jewel” takes skiers up to 2000 metres, right at the foot of the Mondolè, the highest mountain in the whole area. Right at the top of this wonderland, a magical place is taking shape for skiers and mountain lovers alike, from which you can even see the sea. Prato Nevoso and the Mondolè offer today, with their 140 km of ski ways, the largest ski area in the province of Cuneo.
