Completely in Harmony, starting with (our) Beauty

“Never move the soul without the body, nor the body without the soul, so that by defending one another, these two parts maintain their balance,” said Platone. It is on the principle of harmony of the whole that happiness, the fullness of self, completeness, beauty is born. We find ourselves today in a world where frenzy, stress, the goals of perfection are imposed in ever higher and ever more unreachable standards.

The direct consequence of a wrong or worse, a fantastic stereotype is “giving us” a sense of inadequacy, which breaks our inner balance and causes insecurity, low self-esteem, with a domino effect on our personal and professional life.

If the mind is not balanced, neither will the body. We are bombarded by stereotypes of aesthetic perfection, where it is now difficult to understand what is real and authentic: a lens towards the world that makes us distorted, a wrong filter that leads to giving us an untrue image.

But the reality is another: you have to be to appear and not appear to be. We look with great insecurity at the models of the social world or of celebrities and the fashion system, which we take as (wrong) models of absolute beauty. Still, it is we who are our canon of grace, the starting point to build and structure the projection of our ego.

Harmony is a path that starts from the inside, from our desire to improve without distorting ourselves. Let’s think of the face, home to four of the five senses, the most sensitive and expressive part of the body: how many times have we thought of changing it, of adapting it to canons that do not belong to us? No upheavals, revolutions are made step by step, with cautious changes, but above all guided, that lead us to acquire greater security without upheavals.

For this reason, there are professional figures such as image consultants or face makers, able to accompany us on a path of acceptance and improvement, technically impeccable, who know how to evaluate strengths and transform our weaknesses into security, giving soul to your ego and creating a proper harmony between your exterior and your interior. A pleasure to be liked, love to be loved: this is the principle of harmony of the whole.
