The Monegasque real estate market (unique in its kind) in recent years has increasingly felt the strong need for realities of excellence in the field of high-standing renovation that could stand out, especially in a context as the Principality of Monaco, where the prestige real estate is the master. In this scenario, Miky Build was born, daughter of “Gio’ Costruzioni”, a company based in San Remo (Italy) that generally performs construction works, with particular attention to the industrial and commercial sectors carrying out both new buildings and renovations.
The short distance between the two realities, San Remo and Monaco, made it possible to think (after a meticulous study and evaluation of Monaco Market) about a Company “Made in Monaco” decidedly addressed the renovation of private buildings of prestige and excellence. And so, in 2020, Miky Build Monaco was established. Thanks to more than ten years of experience of its Partners, Miky Build can masterfully and professionally manage several construction sites simultaneously, thanks to their work organization and know-how, a great added value of the company.
The company carries out its activity on the Monegasque and the French territory. It is able to provide the client with a “turn-key” service, taking care of all the different aspects of the realization and offering general maintenance services, guaranteeing timeliness even urgent works.
The company is also well structured in terms of building machines and equipment necessary for an excellent job to ensure the work in progress and execution impeccably, thus allowing full compliance with delivery times, a factor much appreciated by customers who entrust their properties for renovations of varying importance.
Our commitment has always been to establish lasting relationships with our clients by exceeding their expectations and earning their trust through the excellent performance of each team member in order to achieve a successful partnership with them throughout the renovation and/or construction process.
Not only the professionalism and the perfect knowledge of the subject, but the human resources are the real key to the success of Miky Build. The team comprises four partners, three of which are part of “Giò Costruzioni”, and the fourth is a Monegasque, with a whole staff of fifteen units, including working partners, technical employees and workers.
